Determining the Scope of Work

Analysis of the comments and feedbacks emerging from the community aspirations. The draft LCWIP report is reviewed to match the identified requirements. The proposed interventions are listed and taken into the next stage.

Gathering Information

Identify origin and destination points and cycle flows. Convert flows into a network of routes and determine the type of improvements required.

Network Planning for Cycling

Identify  key  trip  generators,  core  walking  zones  and  routes,  audit  existing  provision  and  determine  the  type  of  improvements  required.

Network Planning for Walking

Prioritise improvements to develop a phased programme for future investment. The current engagement forms part of this stage, and will be used to review the work conducted to date. 

Prioritisation of Improvements

Integrate   outputs   into   local   planning   and   transport   policies,   strategies, and delivery plans.
